Discovery does not happen inside a map.
It happens while researching a company website, reading an article, browsing a travel blog or reviewing a competitor’s portfolio. Most of the time, those places are bookmarked, copied into notes or simply forgotten.
The browser extension exists to close that gap.
It allows you to save a location the moment you encounter it online, without leaving the page you are on. What would normally become a bookmark becomes a structured pin on your map.
The extension is available on Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, and works across all plans.
When you activate the extension, it scans the page for location information.
If an address can be detected, it will surface it for confirmation. It may also identify supporting information such as a phone number, website, email address or a suggested description. On some websites, addresses are highlighted inline within the content. On others, you can use “Find places” to search the page manually.
Once confirmed, the location is saved directly into your collection. There is no need to switch tabs or open the main app.
The goal is simple. Reduce friction between discovery and organisation.
When you save a location using the extension, it becomes a normal pin within your account. It behaves exactly like a pin created inside the app.
The detected address is used to position it accurately on the map. Any captured contact information is stored alongside it. From there, you can add tags, attach tasks, plan routes or record visits just as you would with any other location.
At present, notes and custom descriptions cannot be added during the save process. The extension is designed for speed. Detail can be added later inside the app.

The extension is intentionally broad in its usefulness.
Over time, this creates a map that reflects what you have actually discovered, not just what you remembered to organise later.
The extension does not store browsing history. It only interacts with page content when activated. Address detection depends on how a webpage is structured and may not always be available. In those cases, manual confirmation may be required.
The extension is designed to assist capture, not automate scraping or bulk import.
Places are often found before they are needed. The browser extension ensures that when you find one, it becomes part of your system immediately. No duplication. No lost context. No forgotten bookmarks.
Discovery happens everywhere. Organisation should be just as effortless.
