Our sign-in emails are sometimes filtered by email providers. Open your spam or junk folder and search for an email from hello@pindropapp.com.
Adding hello@pindropapp.com to your contacts or safe senders list helps make sure our emails reach your inbox in future.
Some email providers (particularly those from mobile carriers) can block or heavily filter transactional emails. If you have a Gmail, Outlook or other major provider email address, try signing in with that instead. If your account is registered under a different address, contact us and we can transfer it.
