Pricing is volume-based rather than seat-based, and the published figures are floors rather than flat monthly fees. Launch starts at $619 a month for 2,500 tasks, Scale starts at $1,349 a month for 5,000 tasks and Enterprise starts at $3,099 a month for 10,000 or more tasks, arranged through sales. SMS and voice telephony usage is billed on top, on the first of the month following the usage. A Courier Suite add-on starts at $299 a month. Where the model shows its edges is after the task closes. Onfleet is built around completed deliveries and pickups, not a persistent record of a place. There is no territory layer with named owners, no long-running visit history against a site and no pipeline that moves a location through stages over months.
