Its optimisation engine is genuinely strong. Route4Me can plan across multiple drivers, vehicles and facilities at once, apply business rules and time windows, and dynamically reoptimise routes as conditions change through the day, all from web, iOS and Android apps.
It does have a territory feature, and it is a fair one. Users draw custom-shaped territories on the map, name them, colour them and use them to seed route planning by service type or customer type, which genuinely helps sales and delivery teams organise patches.
Route4Me also ships proof of delivery, turn-by-turn commercial navigation, real-time GPS tracking and a large add-on marketplace, covering most of what a delivery or field service fleet needs to run its day end to end.
Where it stays consistent is its centre of gravity: the route. Territories exist to organise stops, visit proof exists to confirm a route was completed, and reporting tracks planned versus actual drive time rather than what happened at any one address over months or years.
Route4Me does not publish pricing, quoting per user through a sales call, though third-party reviews place its Route Optimization plan at around $60 per user a month with a five-user minimum, rising for the Business Optimization tier. That figure can change and sits before marketplace add-ons such as avoidance zones, geofencing, text notifications and voice navigation, which are priced separately on top.
