If you have opened Pin Drop after an update and your pins seem to be missing, or you cannot log in to the account that has your pins, this is usually an account or sync issue rather than actual data loss. Your pins are stored on our servers and should still be recoverable.
If you originally signed up with a different email address or via Apple or Google sign-in, try logging in with those. Common mix-ups include using a work email vs personal, or a Google account vs an email/password login.
If you can see the app but your pins are not showing, log out from your account in the app settings and log back in. This forces the app to re-sync your data from the server.
If logging out and back in does not work, try deleting the app and reinstalling it from the App Store or Google Play. Your data is stored on our servers and will not be lost by uninstalling.
